Our Sauna is an infrared sauna with both heat and light therapy.  Our sessions are 60 minutes long.  We start the machine when you get here so that it is warmed up when you enter.  It will auto run for 50 minutes.  Typically first timers can sit in it up to 100-120 degrees.  Seasoned sauna users can make it to 120-140 degrees which is to the end of the hour.  We allow up to two people to use it at a time.  No drinks allowed within the sauna but can be brought into the room.  You can either bring clothes to wear such as a bathing suit or shorts and bra OR we offer towels to wrap up in.  Cost is $60 for a session with a punch card available for our regular users.   Open Mon-Fri 10a to 5p.
